effective, efficient and expedient environmental consulting services. With a proven

A comprehensive Quality Control-Quality Assurance program has been
implemented by Echelon for the purpose of providing proven standards for the
benefit of government compliance, client satisfaction and reduction of corporate
and client liability.
Echelon is confident that our practical experience, technical and operational
resources and compliance knowledge qualifies us to assist each client with
the resolution of their environmental consulting service needs.
Our capabilities regarding Real Property Phase I and Phase II Environmental
Assessments are affected via standards developed by the American Society
for Testing Materials (ASTM). Other capabilities include physical inspection and
sampling of hazardous materials, project management for removal/mitigation of
asbestos, lead (water, paint, and soil), indoor air quality investigations (mold),
management of Underground Storage Tank (UST) investigations and closures,
and radon gas surveys.
We provide these services to federal, state and local governments, construction
companies, restoration companies, insurance companies, private/public schools,
financial institutions, industrial and commercial manufacturing facilities, demolition
contractors, attorneys, military institutions, private/public hospitals, various real
estate entities and private citizens.
Nathaniel P. Hardee, Jr., a Partner with Echelon, has dedicated his career to the
environmental consulting industry. Mr. Hardee began his career in the United
States Air Force. He graduated with an AAS in Civil Engineering from the
Community College of the Air Force, and multiple degrees in environmental
engineering from Columbia Southern University. His vast knowledge obtained
from his experience with the US Air Force and other national environmental
consulting firms over the past 22 years makes him uniquely qualified to address
environmental issues in residential, commercial and industrial situations.
The desire to provide clients with better environmental consulting with faster
turnaround and lower costs, prompted Nathaniel to form Echelon in 2006. His
partner in Echelon is Terri L. Cowart, a real estate professional whose previous
20 years experience has been in the legal and accounting fields.
